Description
Initial Payment -The first two and a half months of the program lay the programmatic groundwork and engage you in a thorough process of personal and professional strategic planning. You will work with your coach and one on one with your colleagues to draft your plan and determine the goals you want to achieve with the support of your six board of directors sessions and seminars. The initial investment includes your strategic planning guidebook, a detailed feedback process, weekly email prompts to guide your work, and carefully constructed activities that will develop relatedness among members and create the environment for a powerful coaching group.

$600 initial investment covering 3 months of individual work.

Monthly Payments - Each month typically includes three Board of Director (BOD) sessions and a Seminar. Your coach works with each member to prepare for and complete the work of the BODs, and to support your work with your co-conspirator.

Total fees are $3000. Note that many EWL members are supported through their organizations' professional development funds and many federal employees earn up to 60 CEUs for participating. Participants who complete the program receive a certificate of completion and, upon request, a letter documenting course hours.
