Five steps and you're enrolled as an Emerging Woman Leader!

Step 1
|
Review the syllabus carefully. Consider how you will plan to integrate your EWL work and meetings into your schedule and block out the time in our calendar. Note that once you are enrolled, you will be invited to have access to an EWL Google Calendar that you can synch with your Google or Outlook calendars. Also, once you are enrolled the syllabus will be updated to include your names/assigned BOD dates.

Step 2
|
Review, sign and return the EWL Member Agreement. This isn't just a form to sign - it lays the groundwork for the commitment to this program in very meaningful, detailed ways. Please take your time with it and let me know if you have any questions. If you don't have a scanner, a electronic photo of the last page of your agreement will work fine.

Step 3
|
Book two one to one coaching sessions to take place between August 26th and October 15th. Please use this booking link. Note that this booking like works much better from a desktop/laptop rather than a mobile device. If you have any trouble, we can arrange dates via email.

Step 4
|
Complete this enrollment form by August 1 to do the following:
1) Ask your questions about the Syllabus and/or the Member Agreement 2) Indicate whether you'd like to pay up front or in installments. Upon receiving your form, I will promptly send you an invoice. To complete the enrollment process, please complete payment by August 7. 3) Indicate for which program dates you will be unavailable (maximum 3) 4) Confirm that you've booked two, one to one coaching calls with me. |

Step 5

Complete the foundational coaching work described below and send to [email protected] by August 7:
1. Completed EWL Profile. 2. A photo (headshot) to attach to your eConspire profile. 3. A completed Career and Life Satisfaction Assessment (we'll refer to it as Values Strings). |
You will receive the EWL Kickoff materials no later than August 14th. This will kickoff your Appreciative Round Robin Ice-Breakers, your strategic planning process, and your one to one sessions with me. I must receive your enrollment materials and payment on time to create the kickoff materials -- I appreciate your attention to the deadlines (August 1 Enrollment Materials, August 7 payment and foundational coaching work) to ensure the process kicks off on time.
