Emerging Women Leaders (EWL) is a program of  Conspire Coaching and Consulting, LLC.  Conspire Coaching & Consulting is a coaching practice committed to seeing women lead and thrive in their careers and lives, lives and organizations. This doesn't mean perfection - it means having the strongest possible impact in the areas of life that are most important. It means living and leading with intention and choice.

Launched in early 2012, EWL brings together Jen Walper Roberts' passions and experience as a leadership and career coach, cohort facilitator, trainer, consultant and team leader. Based in Alexandria, VA Jen finds women from across the country who share the desire to collaborate with each other towards their mutual success.  She attracts women who are looking for high-value, high-impact personal and professional development, AND who value doing it from home, perhaps in their pajamas, perhaps while sipping a cup of wine. She seeks out the talented and energetic - particularly those who value the gusto and wisdom of being part of a community of women. The women she finds are extraordinary, from all walks of life, and from all over the country. They come together weekly and hold each other accountable to being their best, most powerful, effective and authentic selves.

In January 2014 Jen Walper Roberts partnered with Amy Haynes, MSW, CTACC, to launch a pilot EWL for Social Workers transitioning from direct service to management roles. Amy Haynes is an experienced non-profit leader with extensive casework experience as an MSW. She engaged in Emerging Women Leaders when whe was at the cusp of the transition to leadershp from direct service work. She found the experience so powerful that she decided to train as a coach and partner with Jen to launch an EWL tailored specifically to social workers! The first cohort of MSW for social workers will launch in July 2014.
