The EWL Five Core Components
Emerging Women Leaders is a 9-month career and leadership-development coaching circle for talented and energetic early and mid-career professionals. Each small cohort of six women enters into a unique space of intention, accountability and momentum. The five core components of the program are described below:
Your own strategic plan. Imagine a six-month journey grounded and supported by the development and implementation of your own personal and professional strategic plan. The strategic plan is a roadmap to help you navigate your Emerging Women Leaders journey. You will work closely with your coach to complete most elements of this plan.
Establish connectedness through initial virtual one-on-one meetings with each EWL. In the initial two months of the program, before the group starts meeting, you will get to know the other women through virtual one-on-one meetings. You will introduce yourself as the woman leader who is emerging - others will come to know you as your future self.
A co-conspirator of your very own. You will be matched with a co-conspirator - your partner throughout EWL. You will speak with her weekly to strengthen your commitment to your goals and to becoming your strongest emerging leader.

Seminars give you the tools and support to set and reach your goals. Each month Jen will facilitate a session that will add new skills, frameworks and habits to strengthen your strategic plan. You will learn to build upon your strengths, develop your network and relationships, and fine-tune how to articulate who you are and what you want.
Have five smart, accomplished women on "Team You." Almost every week your coach will convene a Board of Director's Session (BOD). Each week you will either be the Chair or a Member. When it's your turn to be Chair all the members support you in thinking through a significant aspect of your career and life. Jen trains all members on different meeting frameworks from which you can choose.
"..."The Emerging Women Leaders circle was incredible. I felt (and still feel) honored to have shared such a powerful space with other women in a similar life phase as me, and doing so many amazing things around the country..." See more testimonials.
